Manchmal ist es ganz praktisch ein Windowsprogramm... trg + Alt + T (öffnet ein Terminal)
um an die Quellen zu kommen braucht man folgende Befehle:

em Update etwas leise erscheint, dann hilft es vielleicht den alsamixer lauter zu stellen. Dafür in die Konsole (strg+alt+T drücken) "alsamixer" eingeben.... s Teil wieder in einer angenehmen Lautstärke.
