e Xorg is set up correctly, you'll have to let aticonfig "initialize" it:

After this you should be able to restart ... , you will not need to do this.
Run
<code>sudo aticonfig --initial -f</code>
Now you'll likely have to ed... .conf, type the following command:

sudo aticonfig --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf --tls=1
